This is a simple product- strips of latex of varying resistances. I've personally used the green to rehab my rotator cuff, but with a little creativity, you can exercise just about any muscle group with this stuff. I'd suggest getting the yellow and red, and then seeing where you're at- the green is getting up there, and the blue is pretty darn tough to do.
Get more than one color if you can afford it, because sooner or later, the color you are using will get too easy for you and you'll want to move up to a stronger band to keep getting stronger. Also recommend Treat Your Own Tennis Elbow if you suffer from tennis elbow. |

| I was assigned theraband exercises as part of the recovery for a damaged rotator cuff. The physical therapist gave me some therabands for home use but they quickly lost their elasticity and broke. These products are thicker, wider , stronger and very affordable. |

An awesome way to ease into better fitness

I have a significant weight problem complicated by joint and foot problems that make weight-bearing exercise difficult. My doctor suggested building upper body muscle mass and tone, as well as my legs, with these bands and I have found it the most "do-able" form of exercise I've ever encountered.
When a close friend lost mobility due to a succession of knee surgeries, I bought her a set of different resistances so that she could build back up her muscle tone without putting damaging weight on her knees.

| The vendor sent my order immediately and I especially liked the fact that there was no shipping charge, since I only wanted one item, the cost of which was less than what others would have charged for shipping. So even though the price was slightly higher than that charged by others, I ended up saving more than half what I would have spent. Oh, and the product was exactly what I wanted and works fine. |
