Great little can-do trainer
I’ve had this trainer for about 4 months now, and I love it. I don’t have a lot of room in my home, so decided to give this a shot after reading the reviews (mostly positive). As a runner, I have always used the standard elliptical machines mimicking a running motion (so I rarely used the poles). That said, it works perfectly this way for me. I am 5′3″ and can see how people used to taking long strides can find that this trainer does not work for them. I grab 2 pound weights in each hand, pop in some upbeat music and have a ball. I really work up a sweat. The machine is practically silent and very smooth (if you use a running motion). Some people may want to put this by a wall or chair for balance. For the price, give it a try!
The customer service is great
I got a lemon previously. The arm kept falling off on the right pedal. I went through the online Amazon.com site for an exchange and in 2 days I got an immediate replacement, put the previous one in the new box, and now I have one that works! It was that easy.
Plus, I get a great workout without the storage problems of a huge elliptical machine.
